Terms of Service

Last updated October 7, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“Plurtex”, “we”, “us”) about your use of the Plurtex website and app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use Plurtex for an organization, you agree on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

We've tried to write them plainly. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use Plurtex. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

You're responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password safe, and tell us right away at [[email protected]] if you think someone else has accessed it. We recommend turning on two-factor sign-in.

2. What Plurtex does — and doesn't

Plurtex is a workspace for using AI models from different companies together: it stores your projects, builds the context each model receives, routes requests, and runs multi-model workflows and tools.

Plurtex does not provide the AI models. Models are run by third-party providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter and others) that you connect with your own accounts, or by servers you run yourself.

3. Third-party AI providers and your keys

When you connect a provider, you authorize us to send your requests — including the project context Plurtex compiles for them — to that provider using your credentials, on your behalf. Depending on your settings, this includes Auto routing, automatic failover to another provider you've connected, embeddings for search, and request classification.

  • You need your own account with each provider, and you must follow its terms and usage policies.
  • Providers bill you directly for usage at their rates. Plurtex doesn't add a markup and isn't responsible for those charges, including charges from failover or multi-model runs you start. Use the spending limits and cost estimates in the app to control them.
  • We don't control providers' availability, models, outputs or data practices; their own terms and policies apply to what they receive.
  • The same applies to other services you connect, such as web search providers, MCP connectors and GitHub.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you put into Plurtex — messages, files, instructions, code — and, as between you and us, to the outputs you receive. You give us permission to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to run the Service for you (for example, to send it to the providers you choose and to show it to people you share a project with).

We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell it.

You're responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, and for what you share with others through shared projects and organizations.

5. AI output

AI models make mistakes. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or out of date, even when several models agree. Check it before relying on it, and don't treat it as professional (legal, medical, financial or similar) advice.

Code, files and changes that you approve, merge, push or run are your responsibility, including in your repositories and on GitHub.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Plurtex to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights, or create or share content that exploits or harms children;
  • violate the usage policies of the AI providers or other services you connect;
  • create malware, attack other systems, or send spam;
  • probe, scan or test the security of Plurtex without our written permission, or interfere with or overload the Service;
  • get around plan limits, rate limits or security measures, or access other people's data;
  • resell or provide the Service to others as your own product without our agreement.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Plans, billing and cancellation

Plurtex has a free plan and paid plans. Plan features and limits are described on our pricing page.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method at the start of each period.
  • Cancel anytime in Settings → Plan → Manage billing. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Nothing is deleted.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, which may sell the subscription to you as merchant of record and collect applicable taxes; Stripe's terms apply to the payment.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't give refunds or credits for partial periods.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
  • If a payment fails, we'll retry it for a while; if it still fails, your account moves to the free plan.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Plurtex at any time and delete your account in Settings → Security → Delete account. Deletion is permanent; it cancels any subscription immediately.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or stay unpaid. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem or export your content.

9. Changes to Plurtex and these terms

We improve Plurtex continuously and may add, change or remove features. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you (for example by email or in the app) before they take effect. Continuing to use Plurtex after that means you accept the new terms.

10. Disclaimers

Plurtex is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, [Company legal name] won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Plurtex — including charges from AI providers and the results of AI output.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

12. Indemnity

If you use Plurtex in a way that breaks these terms or the law, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled by the courts there — unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
